神经管畸形患儿临床诊治及相关因素分析

目的:进一步明确神经管畸形患儿的临床诊治及相关的影响因素。方法:121例神经管畸形患儿均经X线、MR I等检查确诊,同时对其发病情况进行调查。结果:121例神经管畸形患儿中脊髓栓系综合征最多,占52.1%,并且男多于女;其父母为低收入者(如无业人员、农民、体力工作者)占总数的81.0%,营养不良是引起神经管畸形的原因之一。结论:防止神经管畸形的发病要从预防入手,并制定早期诊断和筛查神经管畸形的有效方法,加大优生优育宣传力度是预防该病的关键,对于神经管畸形患儿及时、正确的诊治至关重要。

Analysis on Clinic Diagnosis and Treatment and the Related Factors in Children with Neural Tube Defects

Objective:To further understand clinic diagnosis and treatment and the influence of the related factors in children with neural tube defects.Methods:121 cases of children with neural tube defects were undertaken X-ray and MRI to diagnose,and investigate their state of illness and the related factors simultaneously.Results:Tethered cord syndrome(52.1%) was dominant in the children.Most of the patients were male.Children,whose father has a low income job,including unemployed individuals,farmers and labor workers,constitutes a total of 81.0% of the patients with neural tube defects.Malnutrition may play a part in causing these defects.Conclusion:Prevention of neural tube defects is first.Effective methods of early diagnosis and screening of neural tube defects should be set down.The key of prevention is to strengthen the propagation of prepotency.Correct and early diagnosis and treatment is vital.
