碘伏用于术前手消毒效果的检测

肥皂自来水洗手或兼用皂冻刷手后，用碘伏溶液浸湿的纱布擦拭消毒，兼用皂冻刷手组的效果优于不用皂冻刷手组。所用碘伏溶液含１５１０ｍｇ／Ｌ者的效果优于６６７ｍｇ／Ｌ者。纱布若含淀粉，所吸收的碘伏溶液，有效碘有所损失。
