ECS在全科医师急救技能培训中的应用

目的探讨应用急救模拟人（Emergency Care Simulator,ECS）对全科医师进行急救技能培训的效果。方法应用ECS对28名全科医师按照统一标准进行急救技能培训,急救技能内容包括4项技术（止血、包扎、固定、转运）和心肺复苏,比较培训前后成绩的差异;调查全科医师对培训的认可程度。结果全科医师4项技术培训前后的成绩分别为59.1±7.8和81.6±6.4（P〈0.01）;心肺复苏的成绩分别为62.3±8.5和89.3±6.7（P〈0.01）;95.8%认为有必要对全科医师进行急救技能培训。结论应用ECS对全科医师进行培训可以显著提高急救技能,培养团队精神。

Application of ECS in Training the First-Aid Skills of General Practitioners

Objective To evaluate the effect of first-aid skills training using Emergency Care Simulator（ECS）for general practitioners.Methods According to the uniform training standards,the first aid skill training was conducted among 28 general practitioners by ECS.The training program consisted of hemostasis,bandaging,fixation,conveying and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The difference before and after the training was compared.The attitude of general practitioners were investigated on the application of ECS.Results The average score of 4 skills was 59.1±7.8 before training and 81.6±6.4 after training,respectively.The average score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 62.3±8.5 before training and 89.3±6.7 after training,respectively.The ability of first aid skills raised obviously（P〈0.01）;96.4% of the general practitioners received the training agreed that the first aid skill training was very necessary.Conclusion Application of ECS in the training of general practitioners can improve first-aid skills significantly,and also build their team spirit.
