临床药师开展药事管理工作的实践与体会

目的临床药师通过参与医院药事管理工作,提高了药师在医院的地位,促进了医院科学管理。方法结合医院实际情况,临床药师通过完善相关法规制度、调控质控指标、开展处方医嘱点评、制订临床用药规范、参与科室查房会诊、开展用药咨询等方面的工作体会,总结其具体的工作情况和发展方向。结果该院临床药师在参与医院药事管理工作中发挥重要作用,取得了显著的效果。结论临床药师应当深入临床,参与临床治疗团队,积累治疗经验,从而提升临床药学实践能力;并与临床路径管理模式相结合,促进临床合理用药。

Practice and Experience of Clinical Pharmacists Pharmacy Administration

Objective To offer evidence that clinical pharmacists′ participation in hospital pharmacy administration can improve the status of pharmacists in the hospital and promote the scientific management of a hospital.Methods Clinical pharmacists can play an important role by perfecting relevant laws and regulations,regulating quality control indicators,commenting on doctors′ instructions,formulating standards for clinical drug to use,participating in ward inspections and offering medication consultations.Results Clinical pharmacists played an important role in pharmacy administration and achieved significant results.Conclusion To improve clinical pharmacy practice and promote rational clinical use of drugs,clinical pharmacist should join clinical treatment teams and accumulate experience in treatment and clinical management.
