摘    要:目的分析聘用人员离职的原因,针对问题制定措施,以进一步稳定军队疗养院医护队伍。方法便利抽样法选择某军队疗养院2007—2012年58名离职的聘用人员为研究对象,以自制调查表的形式对其进行调查,内容包括性别、年龄、聘用性质、岗位、工龄、文化程度、离职原因、离职后去向等。结果聘用人员离职率为39.7%。离职的原因主要有:缺少专业理论的实践机会、从事非本专业职业、缺乏对军队疗养工作的认知度、婚恋与家庭、未取得资格证等。离职人员离职后以从事非医疗专业为主,占34.48%。结论聘用人员已成为军队疗养院人力资源的重要组成部分,聘用人员的流失给军队疗养院造成一定的影响,军队疗养院应重视这一流失现象,以合理的政策和有效措施减少该现象的发生。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes of the dimission for employees from military sanatoriums,so as to develop measures to further stabilize medical care groups in military sanatoriums. Methods A total of 58 dimission employees from a military sanatorium from 2007 to 2012 were recruited and assessed by a self-designed questionnaire, including age, sexuality, employment status, working years, education level, dimission reason and plans, et al. Results Dimission rate was 39. 7%, and causes of the dimission for employees were lacking of opportunities to practice professional theories, taking careers which were not their own professions, lacking of awareness of military medical care;marriage and family, having no quali- fication certificates, et al. The separating employee mainly engaged in non-health jobs after dimission, which accounted for 34.48 %. Conclusion Employed staff is an important part of human resources in mili- tary sanatoriums. The loss of the employed staff has some effect on military sanatoriums. Therefore,mili- tary sanatoriums must attach great importance to this phenomenon, and reduce the happening of this through reasonable policies and effective measures.
