纤维喉镜与支撑喉镜下微波治疗声带息肉的效果评价

目的：探讨在纤维喉镜、支撑喉镜下微波治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法：选择120例声带息肉患者，随机分为2组，68例声带息肉采用纤维喉镜下微波治疗（纤维喉镜组），52例采用支撑喉镜下微波治疗（支撑喉镜组）。对2种方法的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：120例患者全部治愈，2组患者治疗结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），无并发症发生。结论：纤维喉镜下与支撑喉镜下微波治疗声带息肉的效果相同，但纤维喉镜较支撑喉镜更为安全、方便、经济。

The effect evaluation of microwave therapy for vocal cord polyp with laryngofiberscope and prop-up laryngoscope

Objective: To compare the effect of microwave therapy of vocal cord polyp under laryngofiberscope and prop-up laryngoscope performed.Method: Sixty patients with vocal cord polyp were carried out microwave therapies for excising the polyps under laryngofiberscope,the another sixty patients with vocal cord polyp were completed the therapies under prop-up laryngoscope,their effects were studied respectively.Resalts: One hundred and twenty patients with vocal cord polyp were cured and no any complication occurred,but the laryngofiberscopic use has superiority in safety,convenience and economy.Conclusions: The effect of using microwave treating vocal cord polyp is similar under laryngofiberscope,but laryngofiberscope has more superior than prop-up laryngoscope in some hands.
