| 摘 要： | 目的：观察早期康复训练对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者康复的影响。方法：选取我科2006年6月～2008年7月首次发病在2d内的脑梗死患者70例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组各35例。对照组采用常规治疗和心理护理，实验组在对照组基础上，于早期同时实施康复护理。通过对两组患者功能独立性测评的比较，研究早期康复训练对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者恢复的影响。结果：治疗后两组患者运动功能评分均高于治疗前（P（0．01）。但实验组在运动功能方面的提高优于对照组（P〈0．05）；认知分两组治疗后无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；继发障碍中足内翻的发生率实验组低于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论：早期康复训练应用于急性脑梗死患者，对恢复患者的运动功能，减少并发症方面有一定影响，值得临床推广应用。
