乳腺癌高频超声声像图分析

目的：研究乳腺癌高频超声表现，提高诊断准确性。方法：回顾分析390例病理证实的乳腺癌超声资料。结果：乳腺癌超声声像图表现复杂。有形态不规则、毛刺样改变、高回声晕环、簇状钙化斑、回声衰减、纵横比大于1等表现的乳腺癌超声诊断正确率较高，形态规则、边界清晰、后方回声增强、囊实性、肿块小于10mm及中、高回声的乳腺癌超声诊断正确率较低。结论：充分认识乳腺癌各种超声表现，有助于乳腺癌的超声诊断。

Breast Cancer:High-Frequency Ultrasound Image Analysis

Objective: To evaluate high-frequency ultrasonography image of breast cancer and improve diagnosis capability. Methods: Three hundred and ninety cases of pathology proved breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Ultrasound images of breast cancer were complex. Breast cancer with irregular morphology, burrs margin, aspect ratio>1, hyper halo echo, cluster micro-calcification and posterior echo attenuation were diagnosed with high accuracy. However those with regular morphology, clear border, posterior echo enhanced, solid-cystic content, size<10 mm and medium to hyper echoic were misdiagnosed easily. Conclusion: To be familiar with sundry patterens of breast cancers is useful for differentiation of breast tumors.
