| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期溃疡型食管癌安全，有效的治疗手段。方法采取三维适形放疗结合奈达铂同步化疗对25例晚期溃疡型食管癌患者进行治疗。结果所有患者全部，顺利地完成了治疗过程，有效率达100％，未出现严重并发症和严重毒副反应。结论三维适形放疗结合奈达铂同步化疗较其他形式，其他化疗药的同期放、化疗治疗晚期溃疡型食管癌疗效好，安全性高，患者能够耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the safe and effective treatment measure for advanced and ulcerative e-sophageal cancer. Methods 25 cases suffured from advanced and ulceratived esophageal cancer had been trea-ted by three-dimensionl conformal radiotherapy combined with simultaneous Nedaplatin-based chemotherapy. Results All patients had completed successfully treatment process and the effective rate was 100% ,No severe complication and severe toxicity. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with simul-taneous Nedaplatin-based chemotherapy compared with the simultaneous radiotherapy combined with chemother-apy of other radiotherapy forms and other chemotherapy drugs to treat advanced and ulcerative esophageal cancer is effective, safe, The patient can accept. |
