电针百会,印堂穴对大鼠行为及脑内单胺类神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨电针百会、印深圳穴对大鼠行为的影响及其机理。方法 将SD大鼠机分为电针百会印堂穴组,电针对照点组、阿来替林组和对照组,处理10天后,习的开野和穿梭行为,并测定脑内单胺类神经递质的含量。结果 电针百会、印;堂穴组大鼠在穿梭试验中受到电击的时间明显地减少,且脑皮层DPOAC含量降低,纹状体5-HT/楷值升高。结论 电针百会、印堂穴可舌鼠行为,这一效应可能与提高脑内5-HT及DA能神经元的活性

Abstract:Objective In order to study the effect and mechanism of rat with electro acupuncture at BAIHUI, YINTANG points Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly allocated to four groups as follows: control, amitriptyline, electro acupuncture at BAIHUI, YINTANG points and electro acupuncture at control points After 10 days, observe the behavior of rat in opened field and shuttle box, and the concentration of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in rat brain were determined by HPLC ECD Results The shock time of rat which is electro acupuncture at BAIHUI, YINTANG points was decreased, the DOPAC in cortex was significantly decreased; and the 5 HT/5 HIAA in striatum was significantly increased Conclusions It is sugguested that electro acupuncture at BAIHUI, YINTANG points could affect the behavior of rat, which is related to increased active of 5 HT and DA type neuron
