| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点和手术治疗经验。方法对我院2005年11月-2007年12月经手术治疗的56例65岁以上老年人急性胆囊炎的临床表现及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果56例中行胆囊切除术36例，胆囊切除＋胆总管T管引流术18例，胆囊大部切除术2例。治愈54例，好转2例，无死亡病例。结论老年人对急诊胆囊手术一般都能耐受，积极手术结合围手术期严密观察及处理可以大大降低患者死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical features and surgical treatment of senile acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinical features of 56 cases with senile acute cholecystitis undergoing surgical treatment from December,2005 to Mary,2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 56 cases,36 cases underwent cholecystectomy, 18 cases cholecystectomy and bile duct drainage,and 2 cases gallbladder resection. Conclusion The senile patients can usually tolerate the cholecystectomy operation. Aggressive surgical therapy and closely perioperative observation and treatment should decrease the mortality Rate. |
