两种妊娠期糖尿病筛查方法对妊娠结局的影响

目的：探讨随机血糖筛查妊娠期糖尿病的可行性及可能对妊娠结局的影响。方法：对1146名进行产前检查的孕妇随机分成两组，一组检测随机血糖筛查糖尿病，另一组口服50g葡萄糖负荷试验筛查糖尿病，并对其筛查结果进行比较分析。结果：随机血糖检测敏感性与50g糖负荷试验相近，特异性低于50g糖负荷试验，但对妊娠结局影响无差异。筛查血糖高者出现妊娠结局不良机率高于正常者。结论：随机血糖测定也可作为筛查糖尿病的一种补充方法，方便孕妇，减少漏查率，减少妊娠期糖尿病的漏诊，降低妊娠不良结局的发生。

The effect of two sieve methods on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) to gestational result

Objective:To study the feasibitity of sieve method on GDM by choosing randomly and the effect on gestational result.Methods:To divide the 1146 pregnant women who have been made antenatal examination in the people's hospital of Ganxian between Feb 2004 and Dec 2005 into two groups,Women in one group have been made examination of GDM by random,those in another group have been made examination after having 50g glucose load test,then compared the sieve result.Result:Chance of positive of sieve result cause poor gestational result is more than normal.Conclusion:Random blood glucose can sieve GDM,make things convenient for pregnant woman,reduce some poor gestational results.
