聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨聚焦超声用于治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性和安全性。方法562例慢性宫颈炎患者选择了聚焦超声治疗。根据超声治疗后的临床症状、体征的改善情况,进行统计学分析与疗效评价。结果聚焦超声治疗后随访到500例患者,其临床症状基本缓解,其中痊愈298例(占59.6%)、显效186例(占37.2%)、有效16例(占3.2%)、无效0例。有效率100%。治愈率与糜烂面积及深浅程度有关(P〈0.05)。治疗后均未见有结痂及疤痕形成。结论聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效确切,副反应及并发症少,是一值得推广的新方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the chronic cervicitis using focused ultrasound treatment. Methods According to the degree of cervical erosion the pathological type and the course of disease, 562 patients with the chronic cervicitis were classified and treated with focused ultrasound therapy. Efficacy and safety of the focused ultrasound were evaluated after the treatment. Results Five hundred patients were followed up after ultrasound treatment. The cured patients were 298 cases(59.6%), and the well improved patients were 186 cases(37.2%). Total efficiency rate of the chronic cervicitis were 100%. The total efficiency rate was associated with the area and the depth of the cervical erosion (P<0.05). Conclusion The chronic cervicitis can be treated by focused ultrasound therapy effectively and safely. with rare complications.
