不同治疗方法治疗尿道损伤的临床体会

目的:观察不同方法对尿道损伤患者治疗的临床效果.方法:对我院自2007年11月～2011年11月以来,于我科治疗的120例尿道损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其依据手术方法分为AB两组,A组患者60例,于输尿管镜下行尿道会师术,B组患者60例,行开放性手术,对两组手术的时间,与术中的出血量,以及术后的住院时间,和恢复情况进行对比.结果:A组60例手术均成功(100%),B组52例成功(86.7%);A组手术时间,与术中的出血量,以及住院的时间,和治疗费用,较B组差异均呈显著性(P＜0.05);经输尿管镜行尿道会师术,在术后患者留置导尿管大约为3～4周,在将导尿管拔除后需不定期的予以尿道扩张.结论:于输尿管镜下对尿道损伤患者行尿道会师术,不仅安全性较高,而且手术时间也较短,还具有患者住院时间短以及疗效显著等优点.

Clinical Experience with Different Treatment Methods in the Treatment of Urethral Injury

Objective:Observation without clinical effect of urethral injury patients.Methods:Conducted a retrospective analysis of 120 cases of hospital treatment in our department since November 2007 to November 2011,the clinical data of patients with urethral injury,AB based on the surgical method is divided into two groups,group A patients(n = 60),inthe ureteroscope downstream urethral realignment surgery,60 cases of group B patients underwent open surgery,two groups of surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay,and recovery.Results:A group of 60 cases of surgical success(100%),Group B,52 cases of successful(86.7%);A group of surgical time,and the amount of bleeding in surgery and hospitalization time,and treatment costs,compared with group B showed significant differences(P<0.05);by the the ureteroscope line urethral realignment surgery,indwelling catheter in patients after about 3-4 weeks after removal of the catheter required from time to time be urethral dilation.Conclusion:Rendezvous surgery on patients with urethral injury urethral ureteroscopic,not only high security,and shorter operative time,and also with patients with shorter hospital stay and significant effect,be promoted.
