中药烫熨、微波、中频脉冲联合西医治疗骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中药烫熨、微波、中频脉冲联合西医治疗骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例住院患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组50例,(1)卧床休息,不可负重;(2)灯盏花注射液40mL、鹿瓜多肽针6mL,静滴,1次/d;疼痛明显予双氯芬酸缓释胶囊50mg,2次/d。治疗组60例在对照组基础上,中药烫熨、微波、中频脉冲治疗。观察临床症状评分,15d为1疗程,治疗1疗程,随访12个月,判定疗效。[结果]随访6～12个月,平均随访8.3个月,治疗组未见复发;对照组治疗后复发2例,时间分别为治疗后7个月和9个月。治疗组基本痊愈12例,显效15例,有效27例,无效6例,总有效率90.00%。对照组基本痊愈8例,显效10例,有效20例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状、体征积分改善治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药烫熨、微波、中频脉冲联合西医治疗骨性关节炎效果优于单纯西药常规治疗。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing,Microwave,Frequency Pulsed with Western Medicine for Treatment of Osteoarthritis Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective] To explore the Traditional Chinese medicine ironing,microwave,frequency pulsed with by western medicine for treatment of osteoarthritis effective method.[Methods] The use of randomized controlled method,110 cases of hospitalized patients divided into two groups by random number table.The control group of 50 cases(1) bed rest,non-weight-bearing;(2) Effect of Erigeron Injection 40mL,Lugua peptide needle 6mL,infusion,1 / day;pain was to diclofenac sustained-release capsules 50mg,2 times/day.Treatment group,60 cases in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine ironing,microwave,medium frequency pulse therapy.Observe the clinical score,15d course of treatment,treatment regimen,follow-up of 12 months,to determine efficacy.[Results] Visit 6 to 12 months,with an average follow-up of 8.3 months,the treatment group and no recurrence;control group after treatment,two cases of recurrence after treatment,seven months and nine months.The basic treatment group,markedly effective 12 cases,excellent 15 cases,effective 27 cases,noneffective 6 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00%.In control group,markedly effective 8 cases,excellent 10 cases,effective 20 cases,noneffective 12 cases,the total efficiency of 76.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Symptoms,signs points to improve the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine ironing,microwave,frequency pulsed with by western medicine for treatment of osteoarthritis better than pure western conventional treatment.
