| 摘 要： | 目的净化升级金黄地鼠。方法对普通级地鼠实施子宫摘取术净化，并统计分析。结果按地鼠生殖特性准确判断妊娠天数，可使剖得的仔鼠存活率达到85．O％；选择适宜的代乳，母鼠、仔鼠的存活率为69．3％。结论适宜的剖腹取胎条件是提高剖出仔鼠和离乳仔鼠成活率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To purify golden hamster. Methods Muti-parameters were got during the caesarean operation and analyzed. Results The survival rate of litter reached 85.5 %, if the days of pregnant were correctly calculated. The weaning survival rate of litter was 69.3 %. Conclusion The suitable condition of caesarean operation is the key for increasing the survival rate arid weaning rate of the litter. |
