| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对照细胞悬液法与组织块埋植法,选择较合理的兔VX2肝癌模型的造模方法。方法：取传代荷瘤VX2种兔,分离肿瘤,制备肿瘤细胞悬液和肿瘤组织块,取新西兰大白兔各10只,分别经超声导引肝内注射和开腹肝内组织块埋植,3周后处死模型兔,观察原位肿瘤大小,肝内、腹腔及肺部转移情况。结果：两种方法造模,成模率均为100%;组织块埋植法组原位肿瘤体积明显大于细胞悬液组;组织块埋植造模较少引起异位种植,肿瘤生长较为均一。结论：组织块埋植法优于细胞悬液法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To choose a better method to make a rabbit VX2 liver cancer model through cell suspension injecting and tissue lump embedding. Methods: After separating the tumors in cancer bearing VX2 rabbit, cells suspension and tissue lump were prepared.
