术后放射治疗1、2期乳腺癌26例临床分析

目的：探讨1、2期乳腺癌术后放疗的方法、疗效和美观效果。方法：68例1、2期乳腺癌患者分为两组,根治术组42例,术后未行放疗;术后放疗组26例,其中12例行改良根治术,10例行全乳腺切除术,4例行乳腺部分切除术,于术后2个多月内接受放疗。结果：根治术组和术后放疗组3年生存率分别为88%、85%,5年生存率分别为79%、73%,两组3、5年生存率差异均无统计学位意义（P〉0.05）。根治术组术后发生乳房胸壁纤维化2例,患侧上肢水肿、麻木、活动不灵等6例。结论：1、2期乳腺癌患者保守性手术后行放疗的生存率与根治术相同,而且并发症发生率低,美观效果良好。

Effect of treatment of breast carcinoma combined surgery and radiotherapy

Objective: To investigate the treatment effect of stage 1 and 2 breast carcinoma combined with surgery and radiation.Methods: Sixty eight patients with stage 1 and 2 breast carcinoma were assigned into two groups(Group A and B),42 patients in group A underwent radical surgery of breast,26 patients in group B underwent surgery and postoperative radiotherapy in 2 months,including 12 cases undergoing modified radical treatment,10 cases with total breast excision,4 cases undergoing partial breast excision;the effects were evaluated.Results: The 3-year and 5-year survival rates in group A and B were 88%,85% and 79%,73% respectively,the differences of the survival rates between the two groups were not significant(all P>0.05).Of the patients in group A,2 cases occurred chest fibrosis,6 cases complicated edema,numbness or inflexible in voluntary movement of upper limbs.Conclusion: The treatment effect of stage 1 and 2 breast carcinoma has no significant difference in regard to radical surgical treatment and surgical treatment combined with radiation,and there are low complications and good aesthetic effect in surgical treatment combined with radiation.
