中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎43例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组43例,采用中西医结合治疗;对照组43例,采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组43例中治愈38例,好转5例,有效率为100%;对照组治愈30例,好转8例,未愈5例,有效率为88.4%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎疗效较好。

Integrative Medicine 43 cases of patients with tuberculous pleurisy

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 43 cases,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment;43 cases in the control group,the routine treatment of Western medicine.Results The treatment group 43 cases,38 cases were cured,5 cases improved,the efficiency is 100%;the control group 30 cases were cured,8 cases improved,5 cases failed,with an efficiency of 88.4%.Total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of tuberculous pleurisy efficacy better.
