外科护理实践课综合性实验教学体系的设计与实施

摘    要:目的 在外科护理实践教学中探索开展综合性实验教学的方法.方法 选取2010级三年制高职护生4个班共198人为实验班,在外科护理实践课开展综合性实验共7次24学时;根据教学要求,教师编辑病例,提出问题并设计临床模拟场景,护生分组进行角色扮演,完成实践教学任务.2009级护生共196人为对照班采用常规实验教学方法.结果 两组外科护理学理论及实践成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).实验班90%以上的护生认为可提高对知识的综合性应用能力,提高学习兴趣,有利于护生团队协作能力、组织能力、沟通能力的培养.结论 外科护理实践课开展综合性实验有利于提高护生的学习兴趣和培养护生临床综合能力.

Abstract:Objective To explore a method to conduct comprehensive lab teaching of surgical nursing practice.Methods Four classes totaling 198 nursing students on a three-year vocational program and admitted in 2010 were taken as the experimental group.These classes had 7 surgical nursing practice sessions by comprehensive lab teaching,24 periods in total.According to the teaching requirements,the teachers edited cases,asked questions and designed clinical scenarios.The students were asked to do role plays and accomplish lab-based practice tasks.On the contrary,196 nursing students admitted in 2009 had their surgical nursing practice sessions by conventional teaching methods.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the results of surgical nursing theory and lab tests(P<0.01 for both).More than 90% of the students in the experimental group believed that the comprehensive lab teaching system helped improve their comprehensive applicability of knowledge,enhance learning interest and cultivate the capacity of team cooperation,organization and communication.Conclusion Conducting comprehensive lab teaching in surgical nursing practice sessions can improve nursing students′ learning interest and foster their clinical competency.
