深圳市流动人口生殖健康服务人员配置和财务投入状况调查

目的对深圳市六个区流动人口生殖健康服务人员配置及财务投入情况进行调查与分析，为进一步提高流动人口生殖健康服务水平，改善流动人口生殖健康状况提供建议。方法采取定性和定量相结合的方法，对各区计生委负责人进行问卷调查，对区计生服务机构管理人员进行专题小组讨论。结果深圳市对流动人口生殖健康服务财政投入较为充足。但对流动人口和户籍人口的投入依然存在着显著的区别。平均流动人口所拥有的生殖健康服务技术人员明显不足。结论把流动人口生殖健康服务投入纳入到本地体制中来；加大对流动人口的投入，使其获得与户籍人口相等的待遇；增加流动人口生殖健康服务人员数量，并提高其服务技术水平。

Survey on Human Resources and Finance Investment into Reproductive Health Service for Floating Population in Shenzhen

Objective To upgrade the reproductive health service for and improve the reproductive health condition of floating population,the current human resources and finance investment for reproduction health service for floating population in 6 districts of Shenzhen were surveyed and analyzed.Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out among the people in charge of the reproductive health service and panel discussion among the administrators in each district.Result The finance investment for floating population is comparatively adequate,while the average cost for each floating population is much less than that of the household-register population.Also there were not enough reproductive health service staffs for the floating population.Conclusion The local government must take the responsibility for finance investment into the reproductive health service for the floating population.So,they can enjoy the same reproductive health service as the household-register population.The number of the staff for reproduction health service should be increased and their service should be bettered.
