| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解脉络宁注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法 :早期糖尿病肾病患者 136例 ,随机分为常规治疗组 (R1 ) 5 0例和脉络宁治疗组 (R2 ) 86例 ,治疗 3周 ,用放射免疫法和酶联免疫吸附法分别测定糖尿病肾病患者药物治疗前后血内皮素 1(ET 1) ,2 4h尿白蛋白排泄率 (uAER)和血小板颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )、6 酮前列环素 (6 keto PGF1α)及血栓素B2 (TXB2 ) ,并选择 2 6例健康人为对照组 (N)。结果 :糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET 1、GMP 140、TXB2 水平显著高于正常人 ,而 6 keto PGF1α则低于正常人。R1 组治疗后血ET 1水平降低 ,GMP 140、TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α,2 4huAER无改变 ,R2 组治疗后ET 1、GMP 140、TXB2 和uAER显著降低。结论 :糖尿病肾病的发生和发展可能与血浆内皮素水平改变和血小板功能的改变有关 ,脉络宁可改善早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素和血小板功能。

| Abstract: | To study the effects of Mailuoning injection on the patients withearly stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods:The levels of plasma endothelin-l(ET-1) and urinary albumen excretion rate(uAER) were determined by radioimmunoassay andthe levels of plasma granule membrane protein (GMP-140), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α were determined by Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay in 136 patients with diabetic nephropathy (86 treated by Mailuoning as R2 group and 50 by thegeneral treating method as R1 group) with 26 healthy subjects as control. Re. sults: The levels of plasma endothelin-1, granulemembrane protein and thrornboxane B2 in the patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in the control.In R1 group plasma ET-1 levels decreased, but the levels of plasma GMP-140, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α and uAER remained unchanged. In B2 group, uAER and levels of Er-1, GMP-140 and TXB2 all decreased. Cornclusion: The changes are closely associated with progression and development of diabetic nephropathy. Mailuoning can decrease plasma endothelin levels and blood plateletfunctions, so it is effective in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy. |
