海洛因依赖患者脱毒期合并尿潴留102例临床分析

目的：分析海洛因依赖者在脱毒治疗过程中出现尿潴留的临床特征。方法：对自2004年1月到2006年2月我所出现的102例尿潴留患者进行临床分析。结果：尿潴留呈亚急性或急性起病。男性多于女性，有显著差异（P〈0．05），症状多出现在脱毒第三、四天。有5例（4．90％）与低钾血症有关，其余与美沙酮的使用有关，其中31例尿潴留患者合用654．2、CPZ等药物。通过物理的或药物治疗后能完全缓解，无后遗症状。结论：找到尿潴留发生发展规律，减轻自愿戒毒病人痛苦，提高生活质量。

Clinics Analysis of 102 Heroin Addicts with Uroschesis during Detoxification

Objective:To analyze the clinical characters of uroschesis during detoxification in heroin addicts. Methods:The one hundred and two heroin addicts with uroschesis were analyzed from January of 2004 until February of 2006. Results:There were more people who taking acute or sub-acute retention of urine in male than in female. There were significant differences between the male and the female (P < 0.05). Among these people,5 cases related to hypokalemia,31 cases related to Methadone with 654-2 or CPZ,others only related to Methadone. Through physical or chemical therapy,they were all completely cured without any sequela. Conclusion:Finding law of development of uroschesis,eliminating pain of the heroin addicts,prompting quality of their life.
