Studies on Anti-coagulation Protein Degeneration in Pregnant Women with Pregnancy Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To provide evidence by studying anticoagulant index protein C(PC),protein S(PS),anticoagulant enzyme(AT changes for pre-thrombosis risk monitoring of pregnant women with gestational diabetes during pregnancy).Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out from 240 pregnant women who had under been in the Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital for 17 years.The experimental group was 120 pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes.The control group was healthy pregnant women for the same period.The changes and significance of Gestational Diabetes and Healthy Pregnancy PC,PS and AT were compared according to different pregnancy periods.Results(1)Anticoagulant index was in dynamic balance in healthy pregnant women,while pregnant women with gestational diabetes were abnormally changing(2)There was an upward trend in healthier pregnant women with Gestational Diabetes PS in early pregnancy.In pregnant women with advanced gestational diabetes,PC value decreased compared to healthier pregnant women.Conclusion The anticoagulant index PS and PC decreased in pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and there was a risk of pre-thrombosis.
