Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating acupuncture combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into a floating acupuncture treatment group and a control group,46 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral mecobalamin tablets,and the floating acupuncture treatment group were additionally treated with floating acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate in the floating acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Levine score and VAS score in the floating acupuncture treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SNAP,SCV and CMAP in the floating acupuncture treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of DML in the floating acupuncture treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating acupuncture combined with mecobalamin is effective in treating mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.
