补肾活血方对拟血管性痴呆小鼠脑NMDA受体和一氧化氮合酶的影响

摘    要:探讨补肾活血方防治拟血管痴呆(Vascular dementia,VD)小鼠的药理机制,用双颈总动脉闭塞-缺血-再灌术造成拟VD小鼠模型。观察补肾活血方对拟VD小鼠学习记忆能力、脑海马N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。结果证实,补肾活血方能明显缩短拟VD小鼠在Morris水迷宫中找到站台所需时间,改善学习记忆能力,抑制VD小鼠脑海马NMDA受体及NOS活性的升高,对抗兴奋毒性和NO对神经元的损伤,从而保护神经元免受损伤。

Abstract:The present paper approached to mechanisms of Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang preventing and treating vascular dementia (VD) in mice. The effects of Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang on study and memory ability, and NMDA receptor and activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in hippocampus were observed in VD mice. Results prove that Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang can markedly shorten the time of the mice of VD looking out the plantform in Morris'water maze, improve study and memory ability, inhibit NMDA receptor in hippocampus and increase NOS activity, antagonize excitatory toxicity and neuron injury induced by NO, so as to protect neurons from damage.
