女性腺性膀胱炎患者焦虑和抑郁现况调查

目的：了解腺性膀胱炎患者的焦虑和抑郁状况及影响因素，为制定相应对策提供依据。方法：采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对120例女性腺性膀胱炎患考进行现况调查。采用SPSS13进行统计分析。结果：女性腺性膀胱炎患者焦虑和抑郁发生率、得分均高于中国常模，与文化程度、收入和病程具有相关性。结论：女性腺性膀胱炎患者存在明显的焦虑和抑郁现象且和多因素相关，有必要行心理干预和综合治疗。

Anxiety and Depression in Female Patients with Cystitis Glandularis

Objective： To provide therapeutic strategy by investigating the anxiety and depression status as well as the correlated impact factors in female patients with cystitis glandularis. Methods：The Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） were employed to evaluate psychological response of 120 female patients with cystitis glandularls. SPSS 13 was used for statistical data analysis. Results：Both the average scores of SAS and SDS in the patients were higher than normal levels of Chinese population. The impact factors for anxiety included income status, educational level and course of the disease. Conclusions：The mental health status of cystitis glandularis patients is poor and certain factors affect the occurrence of anxiety and depression. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the patients with supportive psychotherapeutic intervention and with combined approaches.
