聋儿言语康复方式与康复效果研究

摘    要:目的:探讨聋儿在言语康复过程中,不同的言语康复方式和言语康复效果。方法:将不同年龄、不同训练时间、不同听力水平的116名聋儿,采用5种言语训练方式分5组进行治疗前和治疗后测试。方式1组是图片+自然手势+表情+口型+言语;方式2组是自然手势+表情+口型+言语;方式3组是表情+口型+言语;方式4组是口型+言语;方式5组是言语。结果:5组聋儿中1组成绩最高,并且与3组、4组、5组的成绩比较有显著差异,与2组比较无显著差异。中重度聋儿5种言语训练方式康复成绩均比重度及重度以上聋儿的成绩高。结论:116名聋儿中,1组聋儿言语康复效果最佳。言语康复成绩随着5种言语康复方式中的方法的减少而下降,中重度聋儿,仅凭听觉语言康复可完全获得语言。

Abstract:Objective :To assess effects of language rehabilitation with different language understanding modes in deaf children. Method :116 deaf children with different age, training time and hearing level were trained with five modes, which included:1.Picture or real objects gesture language facial expressing lip reading words. 2.Gesture language facial expressing lip reading words.3.Facial expression lip reading words. 4.Lip reading words. 5.Words. Result: Model 1 was the best in the 5 kinds of training modes. There was significant difference between mode 1 and mode 3,4,5. There was no difference between mode 1 and 2. Conclusion :Using multiple language training in deaf children was more effective. Children with moderate and profund deafness with the help of hearing aids could obtain language completly through language training.
