| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨皖北地区脑囊尾蚴病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:对皖北地区216例脑囊尾蚴病患者的临床资料进行分析和总结。结果:脑囊尾蚴病临床表现复杂多样,以癫痫样抽搐、头痛为主。发病人群以青壮年和男性居多。囊尾蚴血清学检查阳性率为91.67%,CT或MR I检查异常者占88.89%。以吡喹酮和阿苯达唑治疗为主,有效率为93.98%。结论:根据患者典型的临床表现,结合相关辅助检查,及时采用合理的治疗方案对脑囊尾蚴病患者具有重要意义。
