| 摘 要： | 现代中药组分配伍规律的研究作为一项复杂的系统工程,是以中国传统医学和现代医学理论相结合的学术思想为指导,是整合调节与靶向效应相融合发展的趋势。冠心病心绞痛是最常见的心血管疾病,中药方剂有效部位(群)经组分配伍而创制的新药制剂在防治冠心病心绞痛方面发挥了重要作用,有关临床与实验研究相继取得了重要进展。组分配伍在时代科技与疾病谱的机遇下,基于中医药继承与创新的导向,朝向构建完善成熟的组分中药学学科体系发展。
