氟西汀合并阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的 探讨氟西汀合并低剂量阿米替林治疗抑郁症的效果。方法 将符合CCMD—3抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分为研究组与对照组各30例,分别用氟西汀合并阿米替林及氟西汀合并安慰剂治疗6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),副反应量表(TESS)进行评分。结果 研究组治疗后第1周末起至第4周末HAMD评分均非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01),第6周末HAMD评分仍显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 氟丁汀合并低剂量阿米替林起效迅速,副作用轻微。

A Comparative Study on Depression Treatment with A Combination of Fluoxetine and Amitriptyline

Objective To study the medical effect of depression treatment with a combination of fluoxetine with small dosages of amitriptyline. Method 60 patients that met with CCMD-3 diagnosis standard were randomly and equally placed into a research group and a contrast group, treated for six weeks respectively with a combination of fluoxetine and amitiptyline, and that of fluoxetine and placebo. The medical efficiency and side effects were then evaluated repectively with HAMD and TESS. Result From the end of the first week from treatment to the fourth week,the research group kept getting remarkably lower scores for HAMD than the contrast group(P<0. 01). The case was the same even at the end of the sixth week(P<0. 05). Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with small dosages of amitypline shows rapid medical efficiency with light side effects.
