| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前臂肌腱切割伤一期缝合与二期缝合效果差异。方法 分析１２００例前臂肌腱切割伤患者的治疗及愈合情况。结果 一期缝合功能恢复优良９６９例，差５１例，二期缝合功能恢复优良１４４例。差３６例。结论一期缝全治愈率明显高于二期缝合；一期缝合以１２ｈ为参考时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the different effects between primary and secondary suture in patients with incised wound of the forearm tendon Method The treatment and healing conditions of 1 200 cases were analyzed. Results For functional restoration in primary suture, 969 cases were excellent and good (95%) and 51 poor (5%),in secondary suture, 144 were excellent and good(80%) and 36 poor (20%) Conclusion The cure rate of primary suture is much higher than that of secondary suture and the reference time of primary suture is 12 hours. |
