| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨国产利培酮（思利舒）治疗脑血管所致精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法：随机抽取脑血管病所致精神障碍30例,用思利舒治疗,并分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、8周末采用简明精神病量表BPRS,阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果：BPRS总分,PANSS总分和各症状评分较治疗前显著降低,且有显著差异（P〈0.01-0.05）,有效率,90%显效率,63%;常见不良反应是体重增加和静坐不能。结论：思利舒对脑血管病所致精神障碍安全有效,不良反应少,经济适用,值得临床推广使用。
