| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)孕妇肝功能指标改变,围产儿结局。方法:对该院2001年1月~2003年12月间54例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:ICP孕妇血清转氨酶(ALT、AST)及胆汁酸(TBA)水平升高,较正常对照组有显著性差异;ICP早产、新生儿窒息率明显升高。结论:ICP孕产妇预后良好,围产儿危险增加,必须高度重视,加强胎儿监护及药物治疗,适时剖宫产终止妊娠将明显改善围产儿预后。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate changes of maternal liver function and analyze fetal prognosis in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (TCP). Methods: 54 patients with ICP were studied retrospectively. Results: Patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy showed a significant elevation of total bile acid and transaminases in serum when compared with the control group (P< 0.05). Incidences of preterm delivery and neonatal asphyxia significantly increased in cases with ICP. Conclusion: ICP affects mothers little but poses great risk to the fetuses. The execution of cesarean section at proper time can improve the prognosis of fetuses. |
