早产儿转运过程中监护及护理的临床意义

目的：探讨早产儿转运过程中的护理、监护的临床意义。方法：将成功转运的早产儿128例作为观察组，未建立转运系统联动机制的基层医院临时转运的早产儿55例作为对照组。两组进行对照观察。结果：两组转运成功率、转运途中致死率、治愈好转率、病死率之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：建立早产儿转运机制、实施转运途中严密监护、护理等规范而积极有效的处理，能显著提高早产儿的生存率。

Clinical Significance of Monitoring and Nursing of Premature Infants Transportation

Objective：To explore the significance of the nursing, monitoring, and first-aid rescuing performed for the premature infants during tansportation.Methods：128 premature infants sucessfully transported from the nearby re- gions to our hospital were consecutively;there were 55 premature infants sporadically transported to our hospital fromthe primary hospital without linkage mechanism ibr transport systems, constituting the control group.lfesult：There were a statistical significant difference on the successful transportation rate, mortality in transportation, improved cure rate, and fatality rate. Conclusion：The development of transportation mechanism of the premature infants, intensive monitoring during the transportation, and nursing as well as first-aid rescuing as a standardized protocol with effi- ciency will contribute to dramatical imr）rovements of the survival rate.
