普米克令舒联合万托林沁入治疗AECOPD疗效分析

目的：观察普米克令舒（布地奈德混悬液）和万托林联合雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法：将65例AECOPD患者随机分为两组，均给予吸氧、抗感染、静脉氨茶碱及对症治疗，在常规治疗的基础上观察组33例给予普米克令舒lmg和万托林雾化液lml联合雾化吸入治疗，2次／d，对照组32例给予万托林雾化液lml雾化吸入治疗，2次／d，地塞米松10mg静脉滴注，对两组患者用药7～10d后的临床疗效、血气分析及第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEv，％）变化情况进行对照分析。结果：观察组治疗前后相比PaO2、PaCO2、FEV1%均有显者改善（P〈0．01），两组间各对应指标相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组总有效率90．9％，对照组为68．86％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：普米克令舒和万托林联合雾化吸入能够改善AECOPD患者肺功能，迅速缓解病情，是治疗AECOPD的有效选择。

Observation on pulmicort repulse plus ventolin inhalation of foggy on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulonary disease at acue exacerbation phase

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of pulmieort repulse plus ventolin inhalation on acute exacer- bation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：65 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.The basic regiments for the two groups were oxygen, antibiotics, aminophylline.The observed group of 33 pa- tients were given the treatment of pulmieort repulse （1 rag）plus ventolin inhalation of foggy twice a day;the control group of 32 patients were given the treatment of ventolin inhalation of foggy twice a day and injection of dexametha- sone （10 rag）once a day.The change of the clinical effect, blood gas analysis and FEV1% was analyzed after 10 days. Results：After treatment, PaO2,PaCO2,FEVI% of the treatment group were improved （P〈0.01）,and there was signifi- cant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.9%,the control group was 68.86%,and there was no significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The treatment of pulmieort repulse plus ventolin inhalation can improve the lung function and the clinical symptom of patients with AECOPD,so it is an effective choice to treat AECOPD.
