124例青年脑卒中病因及危险因素分析

目的：探讨某医院收治的124例青年脑卒中患者的病因及危险因素,提高预防意识。方法：回顾性分析124例青年脑卒中患者的病因及危险因素。结果：本组124例青年脑卒中患者占同期住院全部脑卒中的4．35％,男72例,女52例,出血性脑卒中66例,缺血性脑卒58例。出血性脑卒中合并高血压26例,动脉瘤6例,动静脉畸形5例,海绵状血管瘤2例,烟雾病1例;缺血性脑卒中中早熟的动脉硬化21例,心源性栓塞8例,血液病1例,其他原因不明。结论：青年脑卒中原因较复杂,其出血性脑卒中高血压为第一位原因;缺血性脑卒中早熟的动脉硬化为第一位原因。

Objective：To study risk factors and prevention awareness of 124 cases of youth with stroke etiology. Method＇retrospective analysis of 124 cases of stroke etiology and risk factors of youth. Results：124 cases of young stroke accounted for 4.35% of all hospitalized stroke all during this period, 72 cases of male, female, 52 cases of hem- orrhagic cerebral apoplexy in 66 cases, 58 cases of ischemic brain death. 26 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy combined hypertension, 6 cases of aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation in 5 cases, 2 cases of cavernous heman- gioma, moyamoya disease in 1 case; Premature atherosclerosis in ischemic stroke 21 cases, 8 cases of cardiac em- bolism of blood disease in 1 case, the other reason is unknown. Conclusion：young stroke cause is complex, the hemor- rhagic brain stroke, high blood pressure is the first reason： Ischemic stroke early arteriosclerosis is the first reason.
