临床路径在轮状病毒肠炎护理中的应用效果观察

目的：探讨临床路径在儿科轮状病毒肠炎护理中的临床效果。方法：将96例轮状病毒肠炎住院患儿分为观察组及对照组，55例作为观察组，按临床路径接受个体化治疗护理。41例为对照组，给予传统的治疗护理方式。对两组住院日、住院费用、患者满意度进行比较。结果：两组比较，观察组患儿住院日、住院费用、患儿家长满意度，观察组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在儿科轮状病毒肠炎治疗护理中引入临床路径管理，可以减少平均住院日和住院费用，增加患儿家长的满意度，提高护理质量。

Observation on Effect of Clinical Pathway in Rotavirus Enteritis Nursing

Object： Study the effect of the clinical pathway on infants with rotavirus enteritis. Methods ：96 chil- dren with rotavirus enteritis in hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, in which 55 cases in the observation group were treated by clinical pathway to accept individual therapy and nursing, by contrast routing nursing were carried out for 41 cases in the control group. Then statistical analysis was performed on hospitalday, hospital cast and patient satisfaction of two groups. Results： compared with the control group, for the observation group, the hospital day was significantly shortened, hospital cost decreased and patient satisfaction increased signifi cantly. The nursing effect was better in the observation group than in the significances （P〈O.O5）.Conclusion：By introducing the clinical pathway in erage hospital day and charge are reduced, nursing quality is improved, the nursing quality is improved. control group. Differences have statistical infants rotavirus enteritis nursing, the av- satisfaction of patients is increased, so thenursing quality is improved.
