优质护理在心脏瓣膜围术期效果的探讨

目的：探讨优质护理示范工程预防各种护理问题、并发症的发生的效果。方法：随机选择2011年1—12月心脏瓣膜手术患者100例作为观察组，加强对患者术前、术后的护理指导及有效实施护理措施，2010年1～12月心脏瓣膜手术患者100例作为对照组，对两组患者精神焦虑、术后低氧血症、肺不张、营养摄入不足、引流管不畅、患者舒适度等进行对比分析。结果：观察组发生精神焦虑、术后低氧血症、肺不张、患者卧位不适减少，差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈O．01），营养摄入不足、引流管不畅差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：实施优质护理，帮助患者接受疾病，减少或去除恐惧心理，积极配合治疗与护理，达到有效的预防或减少各种护理并发症的发生。

Efficacy of Quality Perioperative Nursing in Heart Valve Surgery

Objective.to discuss the implementation of quality nursing care demonstration projects, and effective implemenation on the prevention of various nursing problems and complication.Method＇Randomly selected 100 heart surgery patients from January 2011 to June 2011 as the observation group,and effect of postoperative and periopera- five nursing instruction,another 100 heart surgery patients from July 2010 to December 2010 as the control group, Compare two groups of patients with mental anxiety, postoperative hypoxemia, atelectasis, inadequate nutritional in- take, poor drainage tube, patient comfort.Result：Observation group have significant difference in mental anxiety, post- operative hypoxemia, atelectasis, the patient supine, not in inadequate nutritional intake, poor drainage tube. Conclu- sion：A high quality of care can effectively prevent or reduce the incidence of complications of a variety of treatments.
