29例消化道异物手术治疗临床分析

目的:探讨消化道异物手术的时机及手术方法。方法:对29例消化道异物患者的临床表现、手术治疗经过进行分析。结果:29例消化道异物分别停留在贲门口、胃、十二指肠、小肠、结肠内以及穿透消化道进入腹腔等部位,引起腹痛、恶心呕吐、肠梗阻、便血、腹膜炎症状者及向腹壁穿透形成腰部脓肿者等症状,术后均痊愈,无并发症发生。结论:消化道异物应根据其所产生的临床表现、停留位置、形状大小等情况选择不同的方式进行手术治疗。

Analysis of surgical opportunity and methods of gastrointestinal foreign bodies

Objective:To analyze the opportunity and method of operation in the patients with ingested gastrointestinal foreign bodies. Methods:Twenty-nine patients with ingested gastrointestinal foreign bodies by surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively including clinical findings, operation indications and methods of operation. Results: All the patients were cured and no complications were found. Conclusion: According to the clinical findings and position of foreign bodies in gastrointestinal tract, the effective operative methods should be selected.
