黄连素联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死患者的研究

目的探讨黄连素联合阿托伐他汀对脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法采用计算机随机编码将90例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组、阿托伐他汀组和黄连素联合阿托伐他汀组（联合治疗组）各30例，分别检测治疗前后患者脑动脉微栓子（MES）信号和颈动脉病变，同时测定患者的血脂水平和超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）以及白介素1（IL-1）和白介素8（IL-8）的水平变化。结果相比于阿托伐他汀组，黄连素联合阿托伐他汀组MES数量、颈动脉内-中膜厚度、动脉硬化斑块数量和颈动脉平均狭窄率均明显下降（P〈0．05），并显著调节患者血脂水平（P〈0．05），同时降低hs—CRP、IL-1和IL-8的含量（P〈0．05）。结论黄连素联合阿托伐他汀治疗能够稳定和逆转脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化，同时降低血脂水平以及炎症反应。

A study of berberine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of berberine combined with atorvastatin in treatment ot patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control, atorvastatin and berberine combined with atorvastatin groups. Cerebral arterial mieroembolus（MES） signal and the lesion of carotid artery in the patients were measured before and after treatment. Meanwhile, the levels of serum lipids, high sensitive C reactive protein （ hs-CRP）, interleukin 1 （ IL-I ） and interleukin 8 （ IL-8 ） were determined. Results Compared with atorvastatin, berberine combined with atorvastatin significantly reduced-the number of MES, carotid artery intima-media thickness, amount of plaque and the mean carotid artery stenosis （P 〈 0.05 ）, as well as significantly regulated the blood lipid level（ P 〈 0.05 ）and decreased the content of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-8 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Berberine combined with atorvastatin treatment may stabilize and reverse the carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction partly through reducing the serum lipid levels and inflammatory response.
