| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗门诊统筹制度是新农合以大病统筹为主、兼顾公平性质的体现，能够有效扩大参合农民的受益面，提高参合农民的受益水平。本文运用管理学中的SWOT理论深入分析新农合门诊统筹模式具备的优势和劣势及其面临的机会和威胁，进而为我国新农合门诊统筹的开展提供一定的对策建议。
