ICU低年资护士规范化培训结果及原因分析

目的：了解ICU低牟资护士基础护理能力，落实医院护理规范化培训计划，为完善医院护士专业技能培训管理提供参考依据。方法：按照四川省《医院护理管理规范临床护理技术操作规程及质量标准要求》，结合医院护理规范化培训计划，选取16项护理技术时ICU护龄1—3年的23名护士，按护龄分批次进行规范化培训。从用物及人员准备，操作流程、用物处理、时间等5个方面进行考核。结果：2年资、1年资、3年资总平均分为90．75〈91．02〈94．35；条目平均分由高到低：操作人员准备和用物准备符合要求、时间、用物处理、操作流程正确、病人准备。结论：ICU低年资护士对护理工作的认识，基础护理能力有待进一步提高，基础理论有待加强；规范化培训方式应多元化；规范化培训项目程序需要调整。坚持对低年资护士长期、持续、反复基础护理技术以及相关理论知识的培训是十分必要的。

Conclusions ICU nurses care for lower awareness of the work, basic care capacity to be further improved, the basic theory needs to be strengthened; standardized training methods should be diversified; standardized training procedures need to be adjusted.Adhere to the length of nurses with low long-term, sustained and repeated basic nursing skills and theoretical knowledge related to training is very necessary.
