ICU低年资护士规范化培训结果及原因分析

摘    要:目的:了解ICU低牟资护士基础护理能力,落实医院护理规范化培训计划,为完善医院护士专业技能培训管理提供参考依据。方法:按照四川省《医院护理管理规范临床护理技术操作规程及质量标准要求》,结合医院护理规范化培训计划,选取16项护理技术时ICU护龄1—3年的23名护士,按护龄分批次进行规范化培训。从用物及人员准备,操作流程、用物处理、时间等5个方面进行考核。结果:2年资、1年资、3年资总平均分为90.75〈91.02〈94.35;条目平均分由高到低:操作人员准备和用物准备符合要求、时间、用物处理、操作流程正确、病人准备。结论:ICU低年资护士对护理工作的认识,基础护理能力有待进一步提高,基础理论有待加强;规范化培训方式应多元化;规范化培训项目程序需要调整。坚持对低年资护士长期、持续、反复基础护理技术以及相关理论知识的培训是十分必要的。

Abstract:objective Learn ICU for lower primary care nurses ability to implement standardized training hospital care plan for improving professional skills of nurses in hospitals to provide training for management reference. Methods Aeeording to Siehuan,quot norms of clinical care in hospital nursing management technical operation and quality standards,Standardized combination of hospital care training program, select the 16 ICU nursing care and technology age 1-3 years of 23 nurses, nursing age in batches according to standard training. From the use of materials and personnel preparation, operation process, with material handling, time five aspects of assessment. Results Working for2 years, 1 years,and 3 years of average scores were 90.75〈91.02〈94.35; Entry average score from highest to lowest: Operators prepare and meet the requirements of materials preparation.Time.Deal with the matter.Operational procedures eorreetly、Patient preparation. Conclusions ICU nurses care for lower awareness of the work, basic care capacity to be further improved, the basic theory needs to be strengthened; standardized training methods should be diversified; standardized training procedures need to be adjusted.Adhere to the length of nurses with low long-term, sustained and repeated basic nursing skills and theoretical knowledge related to training is very necessary.
