肝脏炎性假瘤的诊断和治疗

目的 总结分析18例肝脏炎性假瘤临床诊治情况。方法 本组18例全部行手术切除，获得病理证实。结果 肝脏炎性假瘤是肝脏罕见疾病，术前诊断困难，易与原发性肝癌混淆，诊断常须依据病理检查。手术治疗是治疗本病的主要方法。结论 如临床上怀疑为本病应行肝穿活检明确诊断，可避免手术。如不能排除肝脏恶性肿瘤时应及早手术切除。

Diagnosis and treatment of liver inflammatory pseudoneoplasm

Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of liver inflammatory pseudoneoplasm. Methods A total of 18 cases of liver inflammatory pseudoneoplasm was treated in our hospital. All the patients received operation and the disease was pathologically confirmed. Results Liver inflammatory pseudoneopalsm is an uncommon disease and its preoperative diagnosis is very difficult. It is always misdiagnosed as primary liver cancer. In our study, the final diagnosis was made by pathological examination and operation was the major treatment for this disease. Conclusions If the diagnosis was doubted, percutaneous biopsy should be done to confirm diagnosis and avoid operation. Operation should be done as soon as possible if liver malignant neoplasm could not be excluded.
