高艾滋病恐惧人群的心理行为特点初探

目的：初步考察高艾滋病恐惧人群(简称“恐艾”)的心理行为特点，并且探索其产生的原因。方法：采用网络在线的方式分别对正常组、怀疑感染组和恐艾组在艾滋病知识、高危行为、艾滋病相关态度和人格上进行调查。结果：与正常组被试相比．怀疑感染组和恐艾组都表现出在高危行为、艾滋病知识和神经质上较高的得分，较低的克服艾滋病信心，倾向于对感染艾滋病作内部归因，有较强的性内疚感及较高的艾滋病病耻感。恐艾组在性内疚、感染归因得分上显著高于怀疑感染组。结论：高艾滋病恐惧人群对过去高危行为的内疚以及与此相关的感染的内部归因倾向可能是导致这种疾病的重要原因。

Understanding the Worried Well of AIDS: A Pilot Study in China

Objective: To investigate the psychological and behavioral characters of the Worried Well of AIDS(WWA) and explore how it happened. Methods: This internet-based study compared WWA (n=31) with general population (GP, n=128) and suspected people with HIV (SPWH, n=64) using HIV Risk Behavior Scale, AIDS knowledge Questionnaire, AIDS Related Attitude Scale and EPQ-RSC. Results: Both WWA and SPWH had less confidence in dealing with HIV, higher scores in AIDS knowledge and HIV risk behaviors than GP. They were higher on sexual guilt, neuroticism, AIDS stigma and more likely to use internal attribution for the infection. Compared to SPWH, WWA had even higher scores on sexual guilt and higher tendency to use internal attribution. Conclusion: Guilt for the high risk behavior before and the tendency of using internal attribution for infection may play a key role in the formation of the disease.
