糖尿病周围神经病变药物治疗现状

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。现有的治疗用药主要包括:醛糖还原酶抑制剂、糖基化产物抑制剂和N-乙酰基-L-肉毒碱等针对代谢异常的药物;地诺前列酮、阿司匹林、西洛他唑和舒洛地特等改善微循环的药物;α硫辛酸和依达拉奉等抗氧化药物;甲钴胺和神经营养因子等营养神经药物以及减轻疼痛等对症治疗。

Medical Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is a widespread chronic complication of diabetes mellitus.There is no specific treatment for DPN.The commonly used drugs include aldose reductase inhibitors,glycation end product inhibitors and acetyl-L-carnitine,which correct the abnormal metabolism;prostacyclin E1,aspirin,cilostazol and sulodexide,which improve the microcirculation;α-lipoic acid and edaravone,which are anti-oxidant;and some neurotrophic agents,which nourish the peripheral nerves.
