超声导向肝穿刺活检术的观察和护理

目的探讨B超引导下肝脏穿刺活检术患者的观察及护理措施。方法总结1500例在我科接受B超引导下肝脏穿刺活检术患者的术前准备、术中配合及术后护理三方面的临床观察和护理措施。结果1500例患者均得到满意护理,肝脏穿刺活检术均获得成功,具有并发症较少、成功率高及术后恢复较快等特点。结论术前完善的准备是肝脏穿刺活检术成功的基础,术中密切的配合是肝脏穿刺活检术成功的关键,术后细心临床观察和护理是减少术后并发症的重要环节。

Observation and Nursing of Ultrasonic Guide Puncture Hepatic Biopsy

Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of patients undergoing ultrasonic guide puncture hepatic biopsy.Methods Clinical ob servation and nursing measures were summarized for 1 500 cases of patients who accepted ultrasonic guide puncture hepatic biopsy from three respects:preoper ative preparation,perioperative coordination and postoperative nursing.Results 1 500 cases of patients were satisfied with the nursing of successful ultrasonic guide puncture hepatic biopsy,which were characterized with minor trauma,higher successful rate and quicker postoperative recovery.Conclusions Preoperative preparation is the basis for the successful trasonic guide puncture hepatic biopsy;Perioperative coordination is critical for the successful trasonic guide puncture hepatic biopsy;Postoperative clinical observation and nursing is the important link of reducing postoperative complications.
