| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择住院行新鲜羊膜移植角膜溃疡25例（25眼）。结果：术后平均随诊6个月,25例角膜溃疡炎症均得到控制,没有发生急性排异反应,视力较术前均有提高,角膜留有不同程度的角膜斑翳。结论：新鲜羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡是一种方便安全、行之有效的手术治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation （AMT） in treatment of refractory corneal ulcer. Methods： Fresh AMT was performed in 25 patients （25eyes） of refractory corneal ulcer. Results： During 6 months follow-up, no acute rejection was observed, the infection or inflammation were controlled and vision was improved. Conclusion： Fresh AMT is a safe and effective method in treatment of refractory corneal ulcer. |
