肿瘤专科医院神经外科治疗脑肿瘤757例分析

目的总结在肿瘤专科医院治疗脑肿瘤的特点,促进对脑肿瘤进行深入的基础研究和临床治疗探索。方法回顾性分析757例住院治疗的脑肿瘤病例。将脑肿瘤分为良性和恶性两大类,分析不同性质脑肿瘤的发病规律,病理特点,治疗原则和治疗效果。结果757例中良性脑瘤主要通过手术治疗,手术配合适当的辅助治疗效果理想。恶性脑瘤以患者肿瘤的个体特点为基础,实施个体化的综合治疗,包括手术、放疗、化疗和免疫治疗等,有效的延长了生命、提高了生活质量,取得了较满意的效果。结论脑肿瘤具有肿瘤的一般特征,同时又具有神经专科的特殊性。其治疗的目标是消灭肿瘤,保全神经功能,预防复发。

The treatment of brain tumors in a department of neurosurgery in a cancer center a report of 757 cases

Objective To summarize the characteristics in treating brain tumors.Methods 757 cases of brain fumors were analyzed refro spectively Brain tumors was classified into benign and malignancy tumors.Morbidity,pathological character,therapeutic principle and results were classified.Results Benign brain tumors were mainly treated by operation,and the therapeutic efficacy was ideal with proper adjunctive therapy.Based on the tumors' individual characteristics,malignant brain tumors were individually but systematically treated by operation,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy which effectively prolonged patients' life, improved their quality of life.Conclusions Brain tumor not only has the common characteristics of all tumors,but also has special characters of neurosurgery.The aim of brain tumor treatment is to eliminate tumor,protect normal neural functions,and prevent tumor recurrence.The treatment of brain tumors in cancer centers is superior general neurosurgery.
