| Abstract: | To inquire into the new type diathesis of the nursing supervisor, it is expatiated in this article that the nursing supervisor must change the idea, set up the modern visualizing of the nursing supervisor. In the nursing management, the nursing supervisor should be good at the warranty, the application bestir theory, the application human primitive principle; continuously innovate, hardly do a new type nursing supervisor. |
